Inna Tarakhan

Inna Tarakhan has been working at Grade for over 3 years, specializing in onboarding new teachers and supporting them during their first months. During this time, she successfully implemented a flexible onboarding system that combines a personalized approach, mentoring, and structured support. Thanks to this, the adaptation of new teachers has become faster, more comfortable, and more effective. Her responsibilities also include developing teachers’ soft skills and improving team collaboration.
