Лідія Сімак працює в Grade уже майже сім років. Зараз вона працює тренером і академічним директором департаменту дітей і підлітків. Лідія організовує і підтримує навчальний процес, розробляє програми, надає підтримку дитячим викладачам, а також комунікує з батьками як з нагальних питань, так і в рамках регулярних зустрічей. Під час своєї роботи Лідія розробила чітку, але водночас гнучку систему рівнів для дітей і підлітків, яка забезпечує неперервне навчання з будь-якого моменту аж до бажаного рівня, і впровадила систему зворотнього зв'язку, що забезпечує регулярне інформування батьків про навчальні досягнення їх дітей.
