Volodymyr Soldatenko

Volodymyr Soldatenko is CEO of the online platform KALYNA education and co-owner of the English language school Top English Club.
He started his career in education back in 2009 teaching English to children.
Later, his focus shifted to the corporate sector, teaching mainly top managers of leading IT companies, helping them to conquer international markets.
In 2018, together with his wife, he founded Top English Club, a school specialising in corporate and individual training.
Today, it has more than 500 active students and its own library of 1000+ author's lessons, which are the result of many years of work and creative search.
In 2022, with the outbreak of a full-scale war, Volodymyr and his partners started working on an ambitious project - an online platform for creating interactive learning materials.
The end of 2024 was a landmark year: KALYNA education officially entered the Ukrainian market. The platform immediately began to address the key needs of schools and foreign language teachers - from creating their own courses to maintaining schedules and reporting.
And on 1 September 2025, the team presented a new level of opportunities - the KALYNA Hub marketplace.
Now, every teacher or school can not only create educational content but also sell it to colleagues, opening up new horizons of cooperation and knowledge monetisation.
