Custom teacher training is available exclusively for official Grade partners (Preparation Centres). If you are not a partner yet, please submit an application, and we will help you obtain this status.
Can a training session be adapted to my team’s specific needs?
Yes, we take into account your team’s specifics, their proficiency level, and key challenges to ensure the training is as beneficial and relevant as possible.
Can I book a training session on a topic not listed in the catalogue?
No, our catalogue includes a comprehensive list of programs that best align with Cambridge English standards and the Platinum Centre methodology. You can choose from 40 up-to-date topics covering all key aspects of teaching and exam preparation.
How soon can a training session be organized after placing an order?
We recommend contacting us at least 1 month before your desired date to finalize all details and ensure the highest quality of preparation.
What if the number of participants is fewer than 5 or more than 30?
Our online training sessions are designed for groups of 5 to 30 people. If your team is smaller than 5, we will offer alternative learning options: courses and a resource library on the Grade University platform or professional workshops on grade.ua. If there are more than 30 participants, we recommend splitting them into several groups to maintain high-quality interaction with the trainer.
What is the format of the training sessions?
We conduct training exclusively online. This allows us to involve teachers from any location and guarantee consistent access to materials. All you need to participate is a camera, a microphone, and a stable internet connection.
Can training sessions be held on weekends?
Yes, we can organize training at a time convenient for you, including weekends. This is discussed during the scheduling stage.
Is a certificate issued after completing the training?
Yes, every participant receives a certificate confirming their attendance.
Will a recording of the training be available?
Yes, we provide access to the recording of the online session so that your team can revisit important points at any time.
How is the payment for the training processed?
Payment is made via bank transfer based on an invoice. When calculating the cost, we automatically apply your partner discount (Silver, Gold, or Platinum).
What discounts are available for partners?
By joining Grade Partnership, you immediately receive a discount on all training sessions: Silver — 5%, Gold — 10%, Platinum — 15%.
