Alla Pysanka-Haponenko

Alla Pysanka-Haponenko is a teacher, methodologist, and consultant for language school owners with over 15 years of experience in education. She holds a degree in Philology, a CELTA certificate, and a DELTA Module 2 certificate. She is a member and speaker of IATEFL. Alla has progressed from classroom teacher to academic director, managing a team of 40 teachers.
She specializes in English for Specific Purposes (ESP), teaching adult learners, including professionals from business, media, HR, and the public sector. As a teacher trainer, she instructs methodology and inspires colleagues to deliver meaningful teaching.
Her approach is based on the idea that language is not the goal but a tool: she helps students speak like professionals, think like leaders, and act confidently in their professional communities.
Outside of work, Alla is a culture researcher. She creates multimodal educational materials at the intersection of language, identity, and Ukraine’s national heritage within her original project "English to Tell Our Stories " She loves coffee, dogs, and deep conversations with friends.
