John Curran

Most recently based between London and Cambridge, John has been a CELTA Trainer since 2014. Before moving back to the UK John worked in English language teaching for 20 years in a range of different teaching, training and management roles in Russia, China, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Lebanon, India, United States, Saudi Arabia, Azerbaijan and Lithuania.

John also has experience of working as a teacher trainer responsible for the professional development of teachers working of a language school In Uzbekistan. Before that, John was responsible for establishing and running country-wide professional development programs for large international school chains in a number countries and was also involved in establishing and implementing national administrative and academic systems.
