How quickly can a training session be arranged after ordering?
We recommend contacting us at least 2–3 weeks in advance to ensure all details are arranged and the highest quality of preparation.
What if the number of participants exceeds the maximum?
For online sessions, the maximum is 30 participants, and for offline sessions, it is 20. In such cases, we offer the option of splitting the participants into smaller groups and organising separate sessions. Details can be discussed with our manager.
What’s the difference between online and offline training?
Online training is ideal for teams in different locations, while offline sessions provide a dynamic in-person interaction. The format depends on your team’s needs. For online training, all you need is a stable internet connection, and a computer or tablet with a camera and microphone.
Can the training be held on weekends?
Yes, we can organise training sessions at a time that suits you, including weekends. This can be discussed when agreeing on the details.
Is a certificate provided after completing the training?
Yes, every participant receives a certificate confirming their attendance.
Will a recording of the training be available?
Yes, we provide a recording of online training sessions for your team. Unfortunately, recordings are not available for offline sessions.
Can I order training for just one person?
Yes, our training sessions can be customised for both small groups and individual participants.
Can a long training session be divided into several days?
Yes, longer training sessions can be broken down into several sessions for your convenience.
How is payment for the training made?
Payment is made via bank transfer based on the invoice we send after agreeing on the training details.
Are there discounts for multiple training sessions?
Yes, we offer individual conditions for ordering multiple sessions. You can also receive immediate discounts by becoming our partner. Contact our manager for more information.

The training session was highly informative and engaging. The speaker provided practical techniques and exercises that helped participants improve their skills. Overall, it was a valuable experience that enhanced participants' confidence and proficiency.
What I enjoyed most was how we can apply the same task for different students (weaker & stronger) and how to introduce grammar topics in a more exciting way.
The training session was really useful, I wrote down a lot of ideas which I want to use in my lessons as soon as possible. It would be nice if there were extra time for questions at the end of the training session because I had a couple of questions to ask.
Thanks again for such an interesting session, it was a pleasure to listen to. The session started in time with a quick introduction to slowly get the participants into the working atmosphere. My overall impression is positive.
