Cemil Gökhan Karacan

Dr. Cemil Gökhan Karacan is an Assistant Professor at Istanbul Medipol University, specializing in English Language Teaching. He earned his master's and PhD from Bahçesehir University after completing his undergraduate studies at Istanbul University. Dr. Karacan's research focuses on pre-service language teacher education and integrating technology into language instruction, particularly augmented reality. He has published extensively on educational technology topics and co-founded İngilizce.io, an English vocabulary practice mobile game. Dr. Karacan is also a founder of a charity organization supporting students in disadvantaged areas and conducts workshops on Virtual Reality.
