Iryna Chernivchan

Iryna has been part of Grade for over four years and is responsible for recruiting new teachers. During this time, the team has grown to 100+ educators. In the hiring process, she pays special attention to core soft skills—such as empathy, adaptability, and the ability to connect with others. She believes that while hard skills can be developed on the job, soft skills are the foundation without which even the best methodology won’t work. Her approach combines strategic vision with a human touch—to find not just a teacher, but the right teacher for the team.
