Natalia has been working in the education business for over 18 years, teaching English to schoolchildren, preparing students for international exams, providing career guidance, publishing English-language textbooks, developing comprehensive solutions for language schools (LMS systems and libraries of interactive materials), as well as ERP-CRM systems for managing education businesses.
She has experience in public speaking at educational events such as ‘Teachers of the Future,’ ‘TalkEn Talks,’ ‘Proud to be a Teacher,’ ESL Business Forum, Education of the Wonder World, and ‘Plast Lectures.’
She is developing a peer-to-peer tutoring school for teenagers who want to teach English and earn their first money (Tutoring by Teens), as well as an Academy for the Development of Language Schools for owners of educational businesses and their teams.
