Olena Lysytsia

Olena has been working in teacher training since 2017. At Grade, she actively contributes to the training process by supporting both new teachers who aspire to become trainers and less experienced trainers looking to gain confidence in their role. Olena is involved in developing new teacher training courses, designing programmes for emerging Grade speakers, and mentoring early-career trainers.
