Lidiya Simak

Lidiia Simak has been with Grade for nearly seven years. She currently works as a trainer and Academic Director of the Young Learners and Teens Department. Lidiia organizes and oversees the learning process, develops programmes, supports teachers working with children, and communicates with parents—both on urgent matters and through regular meetings. During her time at Grade, Lidiia developed a clear yet flexible level system for children and teens that ensures continuous learning from any starting point to the desired level. She also implemented a feedback system that keeps parents regularly informed about their children’s academic progress.
